Published May 19, 2011 | FoxNews.com

A stolen 2008 World Series ring belonging to Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Kyle Kendrick was found inside a container at the bottom of a swamp near Kendrick's home in Mount Vernon, Wash., according to WPVI.com.

Snohomish County authorities recovered the ring Wednesday and were led to the location by a man "known to law enforcement," according to the website.

Five people have been arrested in connection to the April 4 burglary of Kendrick's home.

Washington authorities previously recovered Kendrick's 2009 National League Championship ring, along with several signed jerseys.

Kendrick's home was one of about nine that were burglarized in the surrounding area, according to MyFoxPhilly.com. Six people have been arrested in connection to the burglary ring.

Kendrick, a native of Mount Vernon, has pitched with the Phillies since 2007.
