Police in Gates, New York, have released details of a bizarre case involving a woman who was arrested twice in three hours for driving drunk.
Catherine Butler, 26, of Rochester, was first arrested around 2 a.m. Saturday for driving without headlights, WHEC.com reports.
It is believed that Butler was coming from a Halloween party because she was dressed up as a zombie, which can be seen in the first mugshot below.

Butler was charged with DWI and a friend picked her up from the police department.
Less than three hours later, police say she was caught swerving on Buffalo Road and was arrested for a second DWI, WROC-TV reports.
The zombie makeup — this time — had been scraped off.

According to police, Butler’s blood alcohol level was .11 percent the first time she was arrested and .09 percent the second time, both above the legal limit of .08 percent, 13WHAM-TV reports.
Police say this marks the fourth time Butler has been arrested for driving drunk. She was busted for DWI in 2006 and again in 2011.
Butler did have a valid driver’s license, which she was allowed to keep because her earlier DWI charges were reduced to impaired driving.
She is scheduled to be arraigned in Gates Town Court on Nov. 18.
