TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — An Iranian company has displayed four U.S.-made helicopters it says were purchased through third parties.

The display of the R-44 helicopters came during an air exhibition in Kish Island, in the Persian Gulf.

The four-person helicopters are manufactured by the California-based Robinson Helicopter Company.

Mahmoud Azin, the head of Iran's Helicopters Company, told the Tasnim news website on Thursday that the helicopters were purchased at a marked-up price through "dealers" and can be used for both training and police air patrol.

Iran is under crippling international sanctions linked to the dispute over its nuclear program.

The company, which has some 25 helicopters, mainly services Iranian oil sites.

 I already knew robinsons werent, the point I took from it is that the saudis, uae, quatar are in an ideological war with places like iran and syria, ergo since it all revolves around the petrodollar, anyone that doesnt want to use the petrodollar has historically been treated as if they just openly declared war on the us, nato, opec, anyone who uses it, so hey, that means fuck yeah we have to come bomb your shit.

the only reason the shell game of the dollar still stays afloat is the petrodollar racket. its an unfair setup, for sure. (but since we've been on the upside of part of that theft....of course it gets presented as just the normal proper way things should be done.)

everybody raise your hand that thinks Saddam just up and invaded Kuwait with no provocation whatsoever.

ok, now that we've seen a show of hands... do you also recall reading about all the horizontal drilling, miles into iraq, coming from kuwait? nice setup. kuwait gets backing of the biggest military on the planet to steal oil from someone who keeps saying those blasphemous words that the petrodollar stinks for everyone but the US and saudis....and then when he gets pissed enough to invade your country to make it stop, we invade his country.
