I've never had pineapple with other types of food. I know they're an ingredient in authentic Mexican tacos al pastor, but I've been too much of a pussy to try them.

Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of bacon wrapped mozzarella dipped in marinara. I just don't see the pineapple thing working with it. Let us know how it turned out.
