Dude's making $8 million this year, do your fucking job and talk to the reporters because it's what is required of you for being on a team in the Super Bowl. Don't like it, don't fucking play. He's also borderline ignorant with the way he talks.

He fulfilled his commitment

how long's this guy had to put up with the same inane questions that nobody outside of the nfl press really even cares about?

I think its fkn stupid he's contractually required to talk to these idiots.

looky here I've said the same shit a million times, so now I'm just going to say the same shit a million times but all in the same interview.

how else can he give them a fuck you on this?

I fully support the beast mode hat

Saw this on SSN earlier, what a tosspot  Probably gets paid a bazillion bucks a year and he can't do a simple interview without acting like a petulant 5 year old? Great role model

Why do these people have to be role models.... I never understood that logic. Especially the NFL, its like 90% thugs

I didn't say "they have to be", they simply are role models to young kids who love playing football and watching the NFL....... kids copy their heroes, they see their hero acting like an ass, they think it's cool to copy it :) Just my opinion though and we're all entitled to our own

Nobody is saying he needs to be a role model, how about just not being a jackass and do your job?

I personally think its a good idea for role models to point out what whores media types are

I agree with Lance and Goof. Being a highly visible, highly paid player in a highly visible sport... media interviews come with job. He's acting childish by refusing to talk to them in a civil manner. Dealing with the media doesn't bother 99.99% of the rest of the players and he's no more special than they are. Man up and spend 10 minutes giving appropriate answers to the questions that are posed to you, you asshat.

that was one of the best interviews I have ever seen. those questions were deep, thinking questions, not some mundane crap like "Marshawn, what was going through your mind when you broke that last tackle and there was nothing but daylight between you and the end zone" ("well jeez, since I'd never seen THAT before...")

"you dont feel, in beast mode...it feels you"

beast mode just exists

is his job not to play football ? interviews are extra like overtime you don't have to do it but it makes you look good

imo he does his job so well on the field that he should be well within his rights to say "I've done interviews my whole career and I'm tired of them, thank you very much, but I wont be doing any more of them."

Actually, if your team makes the Super Bowl, then on media day, you are contractually required to do a Q&A session with the press. It isn't very long, something like 15 minutes, but you are required to do it.

Apply that logic to musician and actors then.

Actors do it all the time when they are contractually obligated to when doing the press tours of films they are promoting. You don't think that they hear the same questions a million times?

Beast Mode does not need to promote beast mode. The mere existence of beast mode advertises itself. Actors need to promote their movies and kahn people into watching the latest shittyness they have put out. Beast Mode just goes and beasts and doesnt give two shits who's watching, because he already knows you are
