UFC champion Ronda Rousey stood up to the host of a web series after he made a sexist joke about her ability to take on a man — breaking four of his ribs in the process.

"I've got to be honest, I don't think you have as much strength and can compete with a man even though I'm a white belt," the host told Rousey.

"You know how to push my buttons," Rousey joked back. "That was exactly how to get me to throw you."

Rousey then grabbed the host, flipped him around and threw him to the ground on his side. "I felt my ribs crush!" the host exclaimed. "I felt my ribs break, I think."

"Are you serious?" Rousey replied. It certainly looked like this YouTube host was serious.

This should teach everyone a valuable lesson — don't mess with Ronda Rousey.

if you look at people based on gender and size and rate them immediately without knowing (and who doesn't...), that sorta thing is going to happen

 the ground is where it gets interesting and more fun, unless of course I'm outweighed by 90 pounds and the guy's 7-8 inches taller, like that time I tried wrestling my best friend all those years ago  motherfucker can just pick me up way too easy, it was like that time I wrestled my ol neighbor (my age) who was like 5'4 and 115 pounds, I was like wow I can just pick this dude up and toss him like a rag, now I feel like Iggy  (one of my bro's nicknames, lol)

I dont know wtf this dude was letting her do that for on a hardwood floor to begin with, he was asking for cracked ribs there. go ahead and slam me bitch but cripes put a mat down first
