The terrorist group ISIS has reportedly publicly executed yet another person. This time, an unidentified man was beheaded near what appears to be Tikrit in Iraq's Salah al-Din province after he was allegedly accused of practising sorcery and witchcraft.
A crowd had gathered to watch the man’s execution, and photos of the event were later published to social media sites like Twitter. One photo showed the victim bent over as he waited for the executioner’s machete to come down, and another image displayed the victim's severed head on his back.
The photos were uploaded by a man who claims to be a British militant. He uses the name Abu Bakr al-Britani.
The victim’s body was surrounded by prayer beads, which he might have been selling, the International Business Times reported.
