Three Texas police officers were punished Wednesday after a video surfaced of one officer playing a game of rock-paper-scissors with an allegedly intoxicated minor.

Burleson County Pct. 2 Constable Dennis Gaas told The Bryan-College Station Eagle he had seen the Vine video and recognized the officers in it, but did not identify the officers by name or agency. Gaas said the officers work for two different agencies.

The video was first posted to a Texas A&M student’s Vine account and then by a college comedy website, Total Frat Move. It showed a female at the Chilifest 2015 country music festival in Snook, Texas beating the officers at a game of rock-paper-scissors.

The Eagle, citing Total Frat Move, reports the girl got out of a minor in possession citation by winning the game. As of Tuesday, Gaas had not spoken to the officers.

“I have seen the video and can only say that this is unacceptable and unprofessional conduct by these officers,” Gaas said in a statement. “Officers are given the choice of giving a warning or issuing a citation for any violation they encounter during this event. Playing a game to see if a citation or warning is given does not fall under professional conduct. All officers were instructed during orientation to present a professional appearance and attitude.”

The Eagle reports authorities at the music event arrested 22 people and issued 113 citations, including 44 for minor in possession, 25 for minor in consumption and 17 for public intoxication.
