Blake Lively is threatening to sue any publication which reprints fake photos that claim to be the actress, 23, in the nude.

The shots were distributed across various websites on Tuesday evening.

In the pictures, a blonde woman is seen taking snaps of herself without any clothes on. But Lively's rep tells Us Weekly they are a complete hoax.

"The photos of Blake Lively which have just surfaced on various websites including Perez Hilton and Zap2it are 100 percent fake," her rep says.

"Blake has never taken nude photos of herself. Blake will pursue legal action against the publication which initially published these photographs and any other outlets that republish them in any manner."

Lively's next film The Green Lantern hits cinemas on June 17.

They dont look photoshopped...On top of that it does really look like her plus that is a really nice clean bathroom, something you would expect her to be in. It has marble counter tops, nice tile on the floor and slate around the tub. Looks like a pretty high dollar bathroom. Not like the usually self pics in a cheap middle class bathroom with clothes and crap all over the place. My money is on they are real.

The bathroom to me (from what we can see) looks like a very high dollar hotel. My biggest reason for thinking that are the white towels. Who really uses white towels besides hotels? Especially looking at how they are hung.

Saying they are fake is her idea of quashing the story, but ironically, her denying it led me to find said pictures in the first place..

But, saying that, I have no idea who she is. But gratefully accept said pictures, fake or real, for my collection :)

If someone floated pics saying they were me and the model in them had a worse or different body, I would take issue.

The eyes don't look quite right... Blake squints and the nude girl's eyes are open wide... but the placement of the moles on her face look spot on (no pun intended) so I'm calling them real. :tup:

The biggest issue I have is probably the one with the full face shot...how come it's so super blurry? That looks like an iPhone she's using and I'm assuming its camera is at least as good as mine in my smart phone. I have taken photos with my phone while I was driving and they came out perfectly clear, so why would a stationary photo be so bad?

I think they're real. Of course she's gonna look different. She's not all dolled up like she is on the red carpet. Would she have her makeup artist do work on her right before she takes nude self-pics on her phone? Would she have a professional photographer camp out in her bathroom?

Blake Lively’s Alleged Nude Photos Still All Over Web Despite Rep's Threats of Legal Action

Two weeks ago, Blake Lively became the latest star embroiled in a nude photo scandal, as hackers released an array of nude pictures the said were self-shot candids of the “Gossip Girl” star.

Lively's reps were quick to cry foul, claiming the pictures were not Lively, and publicly threatening legal action against any outlet who published the pictures and implied that they were her.

“The photos of Blake Lively which have just surfaced on various Web sites ... are 100 percent fake,” Lively’s rep said in a statement. “Blake will pursue legal action against the publication which initially published these photographs and any other outlets that republish them in any manner.”

But so far, only one site we contacted said they had been approached by Lively's legal team, and the snapshots remain published on numerous websites.

Perez Hilton indicated that he removed the first set of photos per an attorney's request, but a second set of photos – released by the purported hackers after Lively’s rep sent the threatening statement – still remain on the gossip blogger’s over-18 site.

Gawker.com told Pop Tarts they have had no pressure put on them to have the pictures taken down.

“We haven't heard from Lively or her representatives since publishing the photos. Nor have we haven't received any requests by Lively or anyone else to take them down,” said Remy Stern, editor-in-chief of Gawker.com.

Jim McBride, aka "Mr. Skin," posted the pictures on his website's blog, where they remain, and hopes this is just the beginning.

"At first sight, I thought the pics were real. Then I had my Skin Lab technicians confirm it by comparing moles and body shaping and such," McBride said. "I just hope that this is our skintroduction to many more Blake Lively nudes to come."

Barstool Sports, another site hosting the hyped pictures, also told us they hadn't heard from Lively's people since posting the pics.

A rep for Lively did not respond to our latest request for comment.

California defense attorney David Wohl said that if Lively doesn’t pursue legal action, then chances are the body-baring pics will stay.

"If she doesn't sue at all, the pictures will stay put on the various websites, unless, that is, the owners of those sites develop a conscience and agree to requests to remove them," Wohl told FOX411's Pop Tarts. "Believe it or not sometimes that works, but Blake shouldn't hold her breath."

Interestlingly, the “Gossip Girl” can sue irrespective of whether the snaps are her or not.

"If they are Blake, than she can sue for invasion of privacy, negligent infliction of emotional distress and misappropriation of her image for monetary gain," Wohl continued. "If they are not her, you can add libel to that lawsuit, along with the rest of the causes of action. In either case, she would seek an injunction demanding removal of the pics and preventing further publication."

Despite the controversy, the 23-year-old actress – who has also hit headlines lately with her new romance with Oscar-nominated actor Leonardo DiCaprio – hasn’t shied away from plugging her upcoming superhero flick, “The Green Lantern.”

“It was such a great honor to step into a film about a comic that has been around and been beloved by so many generations of fans. To step into this film was exciting but daunting, you have a lot of people that you want to make proud,” Lively told FOXNews.com. “You don’t want these characters fans love being destroyed by us… we want to do it justice.”

And at least when it comes to her on-screen ventures, the young star isn’t afraid to take risks and be a bad girl.

“I would be thrilled to get to do more stunts and to get to be a villain," Lively said. "That would be a lot of fun."

I looked at some other pics of Blake, and didn't see it, but its the sort of thing easily covered by makeup . . . still if anyone has any "candid" beach photos, you might compare
