My best buddy at work, our shipper, was riding his bike down a huge hill in our city and hit a post obscured by grass.He went over the handlebars, did a faceplant and scraped his face off :|He lost a front tooth, split his lip from the middle up to his nose and his eyes/nose/mouth are so swollen I couldn't recognize him.He had to take some time off and this guy is a die-hard...never misses a day and rides his bike to work every day of the year.Through -30c and snow, whatever...he doesn't have a license or car.

so that was a minor thing...I had to step it up and cover for him because he's done the same when I'm sick or on holidays...
