Incredibly, this is not the first time that Cirilo Castillo has been accused of the crime.
The 45-year-old has been arrested TWICE for having sex with horses.
He was arrested in June 2013 after he tied up a horse named Nadia and performed sexual acts on her.
In September 2013, Castillo received five years probation on a cruelty to animals charge after he tied a horse named India to her corral in the same barn and had sex with her.
In the latest incident, Castillo was found injured in a barn in Edinburg, Texas, USA at around 7am on February 17 by the barn's owner.
Castillo, of Alamo, Texas, who had previously been warned to stay away from the barn following a prior arrest for having sex with the woman's horses, told the woman and investigators that he had been hit by a car and crawled to the barn for shelter.
Investigators believe the horse kicked Castillo, causing the injury.
He appeared before a justice of the peace in Hidalgo County, Texas, and was given a $1,000 bond before being remanded in custody awaiting trial for criminal trespass.
If found guilty he could face a 180-day jail term or a $2,000 (£1,300) fine.
Castillo has served two sentences for past sexual incidents involving horses.
