A man was arrested, charged and convicted of unlawful contact with a minor after showing up at a hotel to have sex with a young girl and her parents, prosecutors in Pennsylvania said.
24-year-old Daniel Schulties of McCandless, pleaded guilty to unlawful contact with a minor and other offenses after showing up at the Moon hotel in hopes of having sex with an 11-year-old girl and her parents to feed his incest fetish.
A charge of criminal attempted rape of a child was dropped as part of the plea bargain agreement with prosecutors. Schulties was arrested after showing up at the hotel following months of online correspondence with an undercover officer.
The undercover officer responded to an ad that was placed by Schulties, which read: “looking to join an incest family.” He told the officer about his desire to have sex with a little girl and her parents at the same time.
He also sent the officer nude photos of himself. Schulties was arrested as he showed up at a hotel room to have sex with the girl and her parents.
