A Glendale woman has been arrested after police learned of disturbing allegations against her.
Kindrea Lea Soliven, 35, faces charges of molestation of a child, sexual conduct with a minor, child abuse and transmitting obscene material to a minor.
Peoria police arrested Soliven's 45-year-old husband, Garett, earlier this year. He was charged with sex crimes involving children. Soliven reportedly knew about the alleged abuse, according to court documents.
The allegations go back to 2006.
According to the documents, police said the couple hosted parties at their home where they provided alcohol and marijuana to their children and their children's friends.
"The victim and the suspects were involved in parties, I guess wild parties involving alcohol, drugs and several different lewd acts," said Officer Isabel Wolfe with the Peoria Police Department.
Court records state that after consuming alcohol and marijuana, one of the victims was forced to dance on a stripper pole that was in the living room and Kindrea Soliven would join in the dancing. Both were wearing only underwear.
Kindrea Soliven told police that the pole was only for working out, according to the court papers.
Police said they found sexually graphic photographs on Garett Soliven's phone. They reportedly also discovered videos on a victim's cellphone showing children consuming alcohol and/or marijuana in the presence of the couple and with their encouragement.
“We just want to bring justice. We want to bring closure to the victims so they can begin their healing process, and by doing a thorough investigation is how we ensure that," Officer Wolfe said.
Soliven was arrested Tuesday at her Glendale apartment. Her bond was set at $12,000.
