LOVELAND, Colo. - A woman wanted for attempted homicide after she allegedly attacked a man she met online has turned herself into police.

The 64-year-old man called Loveland Police Sunday afternoon and said he was assaulted by a 20-year-old woman he met online.

The man was taken to the hospital to be treated for a laceration on his neck, officers said.

Patty Kemper, who lives across the street, said she saw her neighbor sitting in his driveway, covered in blood, as police and EMS arrived.

"It appeared the front of his shirt was bloody, and he had a wide white bandage around his neck," she said. " Of course, people here were concerned.... So, I'm glad to know she's turned herself in."

Police issued a warrant for the woman, identified as Jenessa Rosenbach, on charges of attempted homicide and assault.

Loveland Police said Rosenbach turned herself in Tuesday morning, after an arrest warrant was issued and bail set at $500,000.

Since the incident, police said the man's condition is "improving." Officers said the case is still under investigation.
