Homer Williams allegedly asked a woman and her boyfriend for a cigarette at a drive-thru McDonald’s in Tallahassee, Florida, but when they said they didn’t have any, Williams stood in front of the car and began masturbating, WWSB reported.
Police said three young girls in the back of the vehicle, ages 13, 12, and 7, had a clear view of Williams, WTXL reported.
According to an affidavit, Williams was still at the McDonald’s when police arrived and he allegedly told officers "I didn't do anything towards nobody.” He was arrested for Lewd and Lascivious Exhibition by the Tallahassee Police Department.
A restaurant manager said they would turn over surveillance footage to the police at a later date.
Williams was booked into the Leon County Jail.
