Courtney Schlinke, a former police officer with the Valley Brook Police Department of Oklahoma, is accused of raping a 14-year-old girl she allegedly had a relationship with while they lived together, The Huffington Post reported.

Schlinke, 21, is facing 33 complaints, including 16 counts of rape by instrumentation, nine counts of lewd acts with a child under 16 and eight counts of oral sodomy. Official charges have yet to be filed.

The ex-cop, who was still in training and being supervised by a full-fledged police officer, left the force after four months due to an unrelated personnel matter earlier in July. An investigation into her relationship with the teen started when the victim’s grandmother found evidence of their relationship on the girl's phone and turned it over to the police on July 1.

According to an affidavit, the victim told police she had at least 70 encounters with Schlinke over an eight-month period. A police report claimed the pair were living together.

"She’s a psychopath. She's evil. She's a predator," Jeanne England, the victim's grandmother, told News 9.

Schlinke is also facing a burglary complaint. She is accused of kicking in a man’s door alongside three others on July 23, although there is no apparent connection between that complaint and the alleged sex crimes, NewsOK reported.

"We've been trying to make changes out here for a long time. These guys have to realize police officers are held to a higher standard,” said Valley Brook Police Chief Michael Stamp. "We're going to continue to move forward. This doesn't define who we are."

Schlinke is being held in the Oklahoma County jail in lieu of $1.1 million bail.
