Not sure if it's the most horrifying. I recall the Asian one where a guy thinks he's on a job interview....loud rifle shots, glass blows out of the windows in the office, papers and shit flying everywhere, all other people in the room are in on it and they have blood squibs going off on their bodies, screaming as they hit the ground
