It’ll be no trouble to live in New York’s most expensive rental apartment — as long as you have $150,000 per month to spare.

The 4,483-square-foot pad on the 65th floor of One57, the first complete building on 57th Street’s Billionaires’ Row, has three bedrooms, 4 ¹/₂ bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing Central Park views.

Yes, this is the building that houses the most expensive apartment ever sold in New York City — a palatial duplex on its 89th and 90th floors, which went for a whopping $100,471,452.77 late last year to an anonymous buyer.

The Post first reported that the pricey rental at 157 W. 57th St. was hitting the market Wednesday night, but now the listing is live along with photos and the sprawling floorplan.

Other features include high ceilings, brand-name appliances and a master suite with three walk-in closets and two marbled master baths.

To get technical, it’s the fifth most-expensive rental in the entire city, according to StreetEasy.

But any pricier pad you could lease are all in hotels — two at the Pierre for $500,000 and $400,000 per month, and two at the Surrey for $450,000 and $300,000.

This One57 pad’s extravagant price tag is mostly due to its location in a high-profile building, but there are some perks, too. Residents have access to a gym, yoga studio, business center, bike storage and a party room with a kitchen caterers can use. There’s also permission to swim in the pool at the Park Hyatt, the five-star hotel that takes up the bottom 25 floors of One57.

The façade, which has a distinctive smattering of blue-gray glass panels, is designed by Christian de Portzamparc, while the interiors are by Thomas Juul-Hansen. Unfortunately, this apartment comes unfurnished — try to look past some virtual staging with rather unattractive furniture and just enjoy the view. (And balk at that price!)

The listing brokers are Brian Logvinsky and Victoria Logvinsky of Douglas Elliman.

I believe since it's city owned land it's classified as not for sale or no list price per acre.

The only time it would come on the market is when an enemy force (like Canada) takes over NYC

how much would central park be worth as "real estate"?

Hard to say, because not really sure what prime undeveloped real estate goes for in Manhattan since there really isn't any left. But, developed real estate can go for somewhere around $1,000/sq ft in Manhattan (it can be higher or lower depending, but it's a nice round number to work with). Central Park is currently covering 843 acres of prime real estate in Manhattan which comes out to roughly 36,720,000 square feet. So if you multiply that by $1,000/sq ft you get an approximate value of $36.72 billion but of course that would take into account only one floor buildings being built there. The actual price per sq ft of that real estate could easily be 2 or 3 or 4 times that amount considering the size of the buildings that could be built there.

I know that, that's why I asked how much would central park be worth and not what is central park worth
