Most parents are worried about threats to their child’s safety here on earth, but the parents of a 9-year-old boy in Atlanta, Georgia, are looking at outer space as the potential source of a threat, the Irish Mirror reported (video below).
The boy told his parents a UFO had been following him for weeks, but they were understandably skeptical until he managed to capture a video of the aircraft following him.
Although many have speculated that the UFO is a drone and not extraterrestrial in origin, a self-described “expert” commented on the video that the UFO was alien and stalking the child to abduct him, the Mirror reported.
"This further corroborates other stories where these UFOs follow children, presumably to abduct them,” the so-called UFO expert said.
"This craft was luckily caught on video by the child who had run in to get the parents phone, ran back out, started recording the craft in mid flight.”
The family has not been identified, but the video was uploaded to YouTube but Secureteam10, a self-described “research team” that focuses on UFOs and aliens.
