So if a mother has pictures of her baby in the bathtub on her own personal computer and has never shared them with anyone and some computer program at microsoft determines it's a nude baby, I suppose it's ok for them to call the authorities to come kick down the door, confiscate all electronics in the house and probably arrest the husband until he's proven innocent?

Sorry, that's not how this country is supposed to work.

I hope its something to do with the way Win 10 organizes pictures - maybe he's doing something on Windows's Cloud server and it links?

I'm hoping it's that innocuous...I just upgraded the laptop to it...

They are all about getting more info on you, I would imagine it's not the cloud, especially since the pics were on his equipment and he's monitoring via wireshark
