Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio, is taking its coaster game to the next level.

Valravn Birdseye will take down records including the tallest dive at 223ft and most inversions on a dive coaster.

It will top speeds of up to 75mph and has the most inversions on a dive coater.

And while we’re on the topic – take a look at the new vom-inducing 4D Batman ride.

It’s the latest edition to Six Flags’ Fiesta Texas amusement park in San Antonio – BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS BIGGER AND BETTER IN TEXAS Y’ALL.

But we’re not sure whether we want to ride it or burn it to the ground.

What makes it 4D, you say? That’ll be the rotating seats. They will 100 per cent take you to Chunder Town.

To celebrate this stomach-churning monstrosity Six Flags has released point-of-view footage.

To be completely honest, to me it looks like half of a semi-decent roller coaster.

According to the roller coaster database, Desperado was one of the tallest roller coasters in the world at the time of being built. It features a 60-degree, 225-foot (69 m) drop; a 209-foot (64 m) lift hill; and top speeds around 80 mph. On the 2 minute, 43 second ride, riders will experience almost 4 Gs. A portion of the ride runs through the interior of the casino. The coaster was listed by the Guinness Book of Records as the world's tallest roller coaster in 1996. It is the only Hypercoaster in the state of Nevada. The ride was provided by Arrow Dynamics and fabricated by Intermountain Lift, Inc.

I took my son on this one when he was way too young, scarred him for life

It seems like it has a pretty good length. By watching the vid alone, it doesn't feel like a 10-second ride.

I dunno, I feel like I've been desensitized to them. I want a 5-minute long ride that starts with the Top Thrill dragster/ Kinda Ka hump and uses the downward momentum to go into an elaborate track full of speed zones, loops, corkscrews, breakneck curves, and inside/outside and underground runs. Throw everything at me multiple times in one good long ride.

This one was pretty fast, and I don't think my son at the time had been on one before. He didn't know what to expect until it was to late. It was funny the dad and son in front of us turned around at the end and told him he did a good job. (he was terrified screaming (not good time screaming) the whole way :)) Then I drove the rest of the way home from Vegas laughing to myself for hours

Is your boy in therapy yet? It just seems to me that that's your ultimate goal for him.
