A woman in England is trying to track down the anonymous man who helped her when she had a seizure on a train.
Ellie Farnfield, 27, was traveling from Surrey to London on Oct. 21, the Daily Mail reports. She became ill on the train and had a seizure.
When she woke up, she was informed that staff had been alerted by a stranger, who had also contacted 14 people in her phone and left her money for a taxi.
Farnfield is now trying to track down the kind man who helped her out. He left her a note, in which he referred to himself simply as Tom.
“I hope by the time you read this you are feeling better,” he wrote in the note. “You had a seizure on the train and I took you off. You didn’t hit your head but I may have hurt your leg as I walked on it before [realizing] you were on the floor having a fit! Sorry!”

Farnfield is hoping to find Tom to let him know how thankful she is for the help.
“If Tom does come forward, first of all I would like to give him back his money and then thank him for what he did,” Farnfield told the Evening Standard, reported BuzzFeed. “He deserves a lot of praise.”
