This guy reckons partying with women is far too risky.

David Sherratt, a student at Cardiff University, has never had a girlfriend and isn’t sure he’ll ever want one.

Why? Because the 18-year-old believes close contact with women might mean he is accused of rape.

The student, a self-proclaimed ‘anti-feminist’, is part of a new movement of straight men who are avoiding any kind of contact with women, known as the Men Going Their Own Way (MGTOW) club.

Speaking to student newspaper The Tab, he said: ‘I wouldn’t say I don’t plan to have a girlfriend, ever. I’d make the exception for maybe one person at some point.

‘But I don’t see anything on the horizon at the moment, you have to be really really careful. Going out and having one night stands is too risky. Girls could falsely accuse you of rape.’

David said he’s been naturally antisocial and reclusive for most of his life, but has come out of his shell since getting involved in men’s rights.

He said: ‘It’s a direct reaction to feminism. I’m an anti-feminist. I don’t like feminism and I think it actively harms gender roles. Feminism promotes the narrative that women are weaker and need help from men. Now a lot of men are not getting the help that they need.

‘Many domestic violence victims are male but the shelters all discriminate against them. I have known people in abusive relationships who haven’t been able to get support, purely because of their gender.

‘A friend I met online in Canada went through his whole province and couldn’t find anything. It’s the same over most of the western world.’

On an advert for his YouTube channel, he claims to be intellectually superior and claims to ‘cure ignorance one fallacy at a time’.

He's right, especially about the males DV victims - almost all services are for women only even though it's a 50/50 issue.

But you can't live your life is the shadows out of fear. That's way over the top.

I understand his fears...and male teachers, doctors, social workers, funeral home directors....you spend five minutes alone with a female and you could be going to jail too :)
