She won’t be wearing the colander out anytime soon.
Asia Carrera, the veteran Utah porn star known for, among other things, donning a pasta strainer in her driver’s license photo, will be serving house arrest for a DUI charge from last year.
Carrera — real name Jessica Steinhauser, but now going by Asia Lemmon — pleaded no contest Thursday and skirted jail time, noting that she has a special needs child to take care of, according to The Spectrum.
“She’s been very proactive as far as counseling,” her attorney Douglas Terry told the paper.
The charge stems from an incident in March 2015 in which Carrera, 42, passed out on a couch at the Washington County School District’s offices after dropping her teenage daughter off for testing. She had a blood alcohol content of .254%, police said.

Carrera worked in the porn biz from 1994 to 2007, appearing in more than 260 videos and nabbing an uncredited role in “The Big Lebowski” as, yes, a porn star.
But she didn’t arouse national interest until she went viral in 2014 for her Utah driver’s license, which showed the former smut star wearing a colander — after citing her religious right to do so.
Carrera said she belonged to the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, a satirical religion for atheists. Many of the church’s self-dubbed “Pastafarians” try to get the DMV to OK colander headshots — but few succeed, according to the church’s website, which has many posts lamenting “discrimination” against members nationwide.
