A mother who escaped her burning apartment complex with her three children has become a hero after giving the greatest interview ever.
Michelle Dobyne didn’t have much to smile about after her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma, caught on fire yesterday.
But she managed to cheer a lot of people up with this interview she gave to News on 6 afterwards.
And it really has to be seen to be believed.
‘Aw, man, the building is on fire,’ Ms Dobyne said.
‘I said “no, what?” I got my three kids and we bounced out. Nuh-uh, we ain’t gon be in no fire. Not today.’
Around 100 people were left without heating and power at the Casa Linda building near Peoria Street, following the fire that damaged electrical panels.
Luckily no-one was killed.
