NANYANG, China, Jan. 12 (UPI) -- A passenger on a Chinese road captured footage of a partially-destroyed semi truck traveling nearly 70 mph while the driver wears a racing helmet.
The video was recorded last week by a passenger in a car traveling on a road in Nanyang and shows the car approach the rear of a semi truck that appears damaged.
The car pulls up next to the truck, revealing several gaping holes in the trailer.
The cab of the truck is revealed as partially collapsed and the damaged vehicle's driver is seen wearing a crash helmet.
The truck was reported as traveling at speeds near 70 mph.
