This woman was caught on camera as she punched and kicked an Uber driver who refused to take her home before she climbed into his car and threw his belongings on to the sidewalk.

The reveller, who has not been named, attacked the driver while launching a tirade of abuse, telling him 'I'll do whatever the f*** I want' after he refused to take her fare because she hadn't booked.

She then shut herself in the front passenger seat and started throwing money, receipts and a pair of scissors on to the street, narrowly missing shocked bystanders.

The scene was filmed by Juan Cinco, who had ordered the car to take him home from the Mary Brickell Village in Miami, Florida, on Sunday night. He later uploaded the clip to YouTube.

Information posted with the clip explains the woman, who was dressed in tight white shorts and a red top, came 'out of nowhere' and climbed into the backseat of the Uber.

When she refused to get out, Mr Cinco and his friend told the driver to cancel their ride and offered to book another ride home.

He said the driver pretended to phone the police, asking them to remove the woman from his car, which prompted the woman to reach into the front seat, grab his keys and start to walk away.

This was the point he started filming, he said.

The woman, who was wearing white shorts and a red top, is seen clinging on to the driver's shirt, telling Mr Cinco to 'phone 911'.

Mr Cinco tells the woman to 'let go of his shirt and go home' but instead she lashes out and hits the driver.

Desperate to avoid hurting her, the driver holds her arms and tries to restrain her as Mr Cinco's female companion goes to try and find a nearby police officer.

The reveller continues to struggle against the driver before kicking him in the shin, at which point he pushes her to the ground and gets in the front seat of his car as if to drive away.

But the woman climbs into the front passenger seat and starts to throw items off the dashboard on to the street while ordering the driver to 'get in the f****** car'.

He refuses and the woman shouts: 'Get the f*** in the car you piece of f****** disgusting s***'.

The woman continues to throw items on to the ground, including the driver's iPhone, cash and dozens of pieces of paper and receipts.

At one point she hurls a pair of scissors that lands just inches away from Mr Cinco.

The driver phones the police and tells them he has 'bruises' from the girl's attack. The girl mocks his pleas, saying 'I'm a 5ft tall girl who weighs 100lbs and I am getting really belligerent right now'.

She throws even more paperwork out the window and Mr Cinco tells her she has 'lost her mind'. One of the items strikes the wing mirror of a car parked nearby.

The woman then gets up to leave, saying 'I guess that's it. Goodnight' as she walks across the road away from the scene.

In his YouTube post, Mr Cinco writes that the police arrived and had to remove the woman from a taxi she had hailed in an attempt to leave.

He continued: 'Once in handcuffs, she then tried kicking some of the police officers on the scene.

'It was only when they put her in the police car that she started crying, apologizing, and claiming that she would lose her medical license (she claimed to be a neurologist) if she got arrested.'

Mr Cinco said the Uber driver was 'too good of a person' and decided to take a cash settlement - 'only enough to pay his cellphone bill and maybe his cable bill' - rather than take legal action.

But seriously, I would lock my car, get her off me by whatever means necessary (which may include laying her out), leave the scene, and call the police.

Ugh. Once again, internet vigilantes go over the top. She's an asshole and should have been charged with multiple felonies, but now she has to be personally destroyed by strangers?

I have a hard time with labeling that "justice".

She was a neurology student and she was placed on administrative leave. As far as I'm concerned, that should be the end of it.

After the fact? I'm not talking about at the scene of the crime. I'm talking aftermath.

You'd think people would have learned their lesson after Reddit tried to do their own investigation and basically crucified the wrong kid after the Boston Bombings  That was brutal

A Miami doctor, whose actions were widely ridiculed after a video surfaced three months ago of her having a meltdown after an incident with an Uber driver, was fired Friday.

The Miami Herald reported that Jackson Health System officials released a statement saying that fourth-year neurology resident Anjali Ramkissoon would be terminated. She was placed on administrative leave in January after the video of her tantrum surfaced.

On the video Ramkissoon, wearing white shorts and an orange shirt, slaps the Uber driver and kicks him in the groin.

After she is pushed to the ground, she gets up and jumps into the passenger seat of the Uber vehicle.

“Yeah, get in the (expletive) in car! Get the (expletive) in the car!” she says to the Uber driver. “Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I bet they won't. I bet they won't. Get the (expletive) in the car you piece of (expletive). Get the (expletive) in the car!”

The video then shows her tossing papers and a cellphone out the window.

Cops were called but the Uber driver declined to press charges, WSVN-TV reported in January.

Ramkisson hadn’t even ordered the Uber ride, the station said, quoting the man who posted the video on YouTube.

In televised media interviews after the incident, Ramkissoon apologized and acknowledged there was no excuse for her actions.

agree... but people also make mistakes and should not be continuously punished for non-significant mistakes. the dude didn't even want to press charges and she lost her job she had been working for for years during a one-night error

But we don't know the reasons, it could have been a major disruption to the program, or something ancillary to the actual event. She will be a doctor somewhere else.

I bet it was a PR move. She is to recognizable and no patients wanted to work with her. Might have even been somewhat mutual.
