New Zealand news reporter Hilary Barry could not stop laughing during the "Paul Henry Show" about a story that included the phrase "emergency defecation situation" on Feb. 3 (video below).

The pre-recorded news story was about a man who followed a 21-year-old woman home, and told her that he needed to use her bathroom for an "emergency defecation situation," notes News.com.au.

“An emergency defecation situation?" Barry laughed. "I think I’m having one myself.”

Barry tried to read the next news story, which was about an explosion on a plane that took off from Mogadishu, Somalia.

“The blast blew a hole in the side of the plane," Barry said, while trying to contain her laughter. "And one of the passengers on board was sucked out, which is terrible, and I’m not laughing at that."

Barry added that she might lose her job, but Stuff.co.nz notes that probably won't happen because she has laughed on the air before.

Barry had a laughing fit in August 2015 after misreporting that a soccer player had broken both his legs before he was chosen for New Zealand's World Cup squad.

She also laughed in April 2015 about someone who had defecated in a public pool on each Friday for six weeks straight.
