Move over Hulk Hogan there's a new wrestler in town and her name is Octo-Mom.

RadarOnline.com can confirm that the cash strapped mother of 14 - real name Nadya Suleman - is preparing for a beat down of her own after signing on for Celebrity Boxing.

Octomom will step into the wrestling ring to battle an opponent and she is willing to take on anyone.

"Nadya will take on any non professional or trained personalities in the three round novelty match," said Celebrity Boxing and Wrestling CEO Damon Feldman. "I'm excited to have Nadya on board. I was always looking to get Octo-Mom in the ring and with her in-shape body I'm sure she will be a perfect fit."

As part of the challenge she will hammer it out with the 'Big Gloves' for three, one minute rounds wearing headgear.

Tickets go on sale on www.webtix.net on June 14th and will cost $20 each.

The match will take place on Wednesday June 29th at The Pennant East in Westville, New Jersey.
