COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - An intoxicated College Station man was found naked in a car that was stuck on railroad tracks, according to police.

College Station police were called to the area of FM 2154 and Sun Creek Circle in College Station around 2:20 a.m. Monday for an intoxicated driver.

According to a probable cause statement, an officer found a vehicle on the train tracks and the driver still inside without any clothes.

Police say the driver, Connor James Bond, 19, attempted to start the car with scissors after seeing the officer and then ran away from the scene when an ambulance arrived.

Police chased Bond and wrestled him to the ground to get him into custody. Bond tried to physically assault the arresting officer before he was put into handcuffs, according to the report.

Bond was taken to the Brazos County Jail and is facing several charges including resisting arrest, evading arrest and DWI.

Prior to the officer arriving, a witness called 9-1-1 and said the Bond's vehicle was driving erratically in the area and weaving into opposing traffic.

College Station police say they found a half-empty bottle of Everclear liquor in the back of Bond's vehicle.
