A man and woman are in the Harlan County Detention Center after police say they were caught having sex in a Hardee's parking lot during rush hour.
Brittany Pennington, 24, and Jonathan Howard, 24, both of Lynch, were arrested Monday, according to the Harlan Daily Enterprise in an article they called "Breakfast with a View."
They report that the citations say Howard and Pennington were caught having sex in a 1994 Ford Crown Victoria in the Hardee's parking lot, next to the drive thru line.
Several cars were lined up to order.
The newspaper says that Howard and Pennington exposed their genitals 'with the knowledge that their conduct was likely to cause affront or alarm to the surrounding public.'
They admitted to police what they were doing.
Howard and Pennington are both charged with first degree indecent exposure.
