This story of a gran, a mum and a daughter who say they keep getting mistaken for sisters has gone viral after it appeared in several newspapers this week.

Mostly because people are throwing shade.

Gwen Slade, 65, from London, is mum to Jemima, 44, and gran to Lily, 16. Despite being generations apart, they wear the same dress size, have the same long blonde hair, and often wear the same outfits.

‘We’re constantly competing for who can wear a dress the best, and shock many people with the fact we can all wear the same outfit and look amazing,’ says mum Jemima.

‘We’re more like sisters, get mistaken for sisters, and are proud we can share each other’s clothes. My mum is one hot momma, and my daughter Lily looks amazing in all my clothes.’

It’s fair to say, reaction to their story online has been mixed.

A little bemused.

Sometimes incredulous.

*Cough*

This is awkward.

But, as Jemima points out, while some people might criticise the trio for wearing the same outfits, she is very proud of the close relationship they have.

‘I am proud we can share clothes and prove there is no such thing as a generational difference. My daughter and granddaughter make me feel young at heart and I have to keep up with them,’ she says.

The trio say they are best friends and 16-year-old Lily has no problems with her mum and gran dressing like her. ‘I think my grandmother is awesome. She isn’t old and greying, but hip and on trend. I can talk to her about anything and the same with mum,’ she says.

‘Having them in my life like I do has brought us closer and made me more confident,’ explained Lily.

Which is actually pretty awesome #FamilyGoals.

Three generations of prostitutes are sitting around the table after a rough night.
The youngest one is complaining that all she getting for a blowjob was $20.00.
The mother says when started she was lucky to get $5.00.
The old woman says "Well in my day, back in the depression, we were just happy to have something warm in our bellies!"
