A 31-year-old woman faces a felony charge for allegedly selling $2,000 worth of fake methamphetamine to an undercover officer.

Christina Eileen Rockwell is jailed on a charge of criminal distribution of imitation dangerous drugs. Authorities say Rockwell sold the fraudulent meth during a controlled buy.

The supposed meth was processed at the Helena Law Enforcement Center and returned with an inconclusive result. Court documents say Rockwell later admitted to selling fake methamphetamine.

The documents, filed in Lewis and Clark County Justice Court, did not indicate what the fake drugs actually were.

Rockwell was arrested at about 1:15 a.m. Saturday.

criminal distribution of imitation dangerous drugs

:hand:

I tend to agree with you, jay. They make up laws to cover things they want to be crimes with no real criminal act.
