SUTTON -- A Sutton woman is facing charges after she allegedly ran two women down with her car after a fight over someone hugging her boyfriend.
Police said the crash occurred on Third Street around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Witnesses told reporters that the driver was fighting with four women over someone hugging her boyfriend. One witness told Fox25 the hug was "nothing sexualized."
Police arrested 44-year-old Stacey Piercey of Sutton after she'd grabbed her bags and fled the scene, according to WBZ-TV. K-9 dogs helped track her down a quarter of a mile away, the television station reported.

Sutton police told Fox25 that Piercey put her car in reverse and backed into two women. One was pushed and dragged underneath the car, the television station said.
A Life Flight helicopter brought one woman to UMass Memorial Medical Center-University Campus, the Telegram & Gazette reported.
Piercey is due in court Thursday morning on two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and one count driving to endanger, the newspaper reported.
