Nashville- According to Nashville police, Kelsey McMurtry (24 yrs old, bottom pic) asked her friend Summer Taylor (19 yrs old, top pic) to watch her nine month old baby while she was stripping inside the Deja Vu strip Club on Demonbreun.
But the friend allegedly left the child inside the car to watch her friend dance. Taylor left the windows closed.
It was 72 degrees outside, but the temp in the hot car was 106 degrees. Police found the baby dressed in heavy winter clothes, drenched in sweat. It was determined by cop that the baby was in the car for 30 minutes.
The baby was taken to the hospital and then into custody by the TN Department for Children's Services.
Among the many charges, McMurtry has been charged with child neglect and criminal impersonation. She initially gave police a fake name.
The friend, Taylor, was charged with child neglect. Both are being held on bond.
