UFO hunters claim they have found evidence of a huge insect dubbed 'Bugzilla' lurking on the moon.
A YouTube user says they spotted the enormous insect-like alien living in a shadowy crater on the lunar surface.
The astonishing 'discovery' came to light after UFO hunters trawled through historic images of NASA's moon landing looking for evidence of alien life.

One alien seeker stumbled across a photo from the 1969 Apollo mission which they say shows a monster lurking on the surface of the moon.
To most observers it looks like a series of shadows, but to some conspiracy theorists it looks like an insect-esque alien.

The uploader of the video, Mark Sawalha who claims to have a Masters in biology, said: “It took a couple of minutes before I perceived the features of the creature on this dark opening.
“When I first looked the photo the small tube and two bags near opening raised my attention.
“Then I saw the features of this creature. Once you see them they show up clearly even when zooming out on the wider picture.”

Where it was spotted
The insect Mr Sawalha can see has a long face, with tentacles or claws hanging out of either side of its neck, followed by a long snake-like body.
It's not entirely clear why the Apollo 11 astronauts would not have reported this stunning discovery to their superiors in Houston, but perhaps they just didn't see it.
Or maybe the US Government has known all along, and it's just part of a massive conspiracy theory to keep the presence of alien life on our doorstep under wraps.
