A pregnant disabled teenager was found dead with her uterus ripped out after reportedly accusing her stepfather of rape.
James Holland, 39, has been accused of raping his stepdaughter, 18-year-old Holli Jeffcoat, numerous times over a 10-year period.
His wife, Holli’s mother Debi, is accused of helping her husband to carry out the abuse and cover it up.
Holli told officials at her school in Lubbock County, Texas and the Children’s Advocacy Centre that she was carrying her stepfather’s baby.

‘She didn’t want to go home with dad because she didn’t want to have sex,’ one official said.
Debi Holland is suspected of preventing medical examinations which could have shown her daughter was being raped. She has denied any knowledge of what was happening.
Suspicions of sexual abuse were first raised following a 2008 car crash in which Holli was involved. A blood sample from the teenager showed her to have a sexually-transmitted disease, despite being only eight years old.
Holli had a mental age of a six or seven-year-old at the time of her death. Investigators said she could not have consented to sexual relations.
