A 'drunk' tourist collapsed and died during an exuberant sex session with a Thai ladyboy, it has been claimed.
The foreigner died in the early hours of Sunday morning after allegedly hitting his head on a wall during a wild romp in a Pattaya hotel.
News website Pattaya One News reported claims from a local blogger that authorities were alerted to the death at around 5am on Sunday morning.
They found the naked body of an unidentified male, thought to be aged between 40-45, laid naked on the floor.
Local police pictures of the scene show the 22-year-old sex worker standing next to the blurred out body of the victim still on the floor.
The ladyboy told police she had agreed a fee of of 3,000 baht (£58) for the session.
She said the man was very drunk and rather wild when he injured himself and fell to the floor.
The body was sent for autopsy and police are now trying to identify him.
Investigators said the man likely tripped due to his intoxicated state causing him to injure himself, however, they will await the results of the autopsy to determine the exact cause of death before questioning the ladyboy further.
