A jilted fried chicken seller lured her cheating husband into a sex trap before slashing his penis - nearly severing it - with a box cutter.
Paramedics found the man, who had been sleeping with his wife's best friend, screaming in pain and holding an ice pack against his blood-soaked genitals.
His penis was only just attached to his body.
The man, dubbed Somchai to protect his identity, was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery.
His wife revealed later that she flew into a rage after hearing her 47-year-old hubby was being unfaithful.
She found to her horror that his mistress was a trusted close friend of hers.
After calming down she flirted with Somchai and stroked his genitals, she told medics.
She then started performing oral sex on him when he got aroused before whipping out a box cutter and slicing his willy.
Blood sprayed everywhere as shocked Somchai screamed in pain, she added.
She then called for an ambulance and went with him to Bang Lamung Hospital in Pattaya, Thailand.
Doctors said Somchai, also a chicken street vendor in the resort popular with Brits, had lost a lot of blood and would need close supervision.
It was too early to tell whether he would regain full use of his penis.
There was severe psychological trauma to deal with as well as the injury itself.
Police are thought to be waiting to quiz him about the attack
