Although her real identity is unknown, “Brienne of Snarth” maintains an influential Tumblr page, has been featured in Fusion, , and her tweets are often embedded in various articles around the web.

Despite protecting her Twitter account, Brienne of Snarth came under a swift and severe online backlash.

That and it's factually incorrect, since there were no signs until afterwards, as I understand it.

There were signs, they didn't mention alligators, but the said "No Swimming" and one other tourist that was there at the time said the no swimming signs were clearly visible.

Feet in the water's edge isn't a flagrant, irresponsible, violation of a 'no swimming' sign. And certainly not worth blaming the father. And while she's at it, the mother was there also, why is she free from scorn? (rhetorical)

I'm not saying it was a flagrant violation, only that there were signs there, I think the bitch in the OP is a flat out cunt :dunno:

when I was down in cancun, by the (fresh) water there were simply signs that had the shape of an alligator on them and nothing else

signs or no signs it doesn't matter. Its about common sense. I live in the UK and even I know not to go near the water in florida because alligators are everywhere. As far as I'm concerned unless you know the waters, stay the fuck out of it
