TAMARAC, Fla. - State inspectors found a huge roach infestation inside Argenti Pizza in Tamarac last week.
According to records, as the inspector was working, a roach actually fell from the ceiling onto his iPad.
A rodent issue was discovered at the Dunkin Donuts on Sheridan Street, located inside the Marathon gas station outside Oakwood Plaza.
A roach issue forced the closure of Blue Sky in Hialeah Gardens, Pad Thai in Margate and the Notre Dame restaurant in Pompano Beach.
Inspectors have been to Notre Dame restaurant 13 times this year and its the fourth time the restaurant has been shut since 2013.
Below is a list of places closed by state health inspectors and some of their violations. All the places listed were allowed to re-open following an ordered clean up and re-inspection.

Observed 3 egg casing in the kitchen hand wash sink. Observed 1 live crawling on the wall behind the flip top reach-in cooler on the cook line. Observed 2 live roaches crawling on the floor in front of the reach-in freezer on the cook line. Observed 1 live roach crawling on the wall behind the chest freezer in the kitchen. 1 roach live crawling on the wall over that hand wash sink in the kitchen on the cook line. 1 live roach crawling on the kitchen floor by the stove. 2 live roach with egg sack in the flip top reach-in cooler on the cook line. Observed several live too numerous to count under the flip top reach-in cooler on the cook line. Observed 2 live roach crawling on the kitchen floor between the steam table and glass door reach-in cooler. 1 live roach crawling under the reach-in Freezer on the cook line. 1 live roach crawling on the reach-in freezer on the take out containers in the kitchen.**Repeat Violation** Observed 1 live roach crawling on the dish rack on the drain tray of the 3 compartment sink. Observed several live roaches too numerous to count under the 3 compartment sink next to hole in the wall. Observed 1 live roach fall from ceiling onto inspectors iPad while conducting inspection. **Repeat Violation**."
"Dead roaches on premises. Observed 10 dead between the wall and steam table in the kitchen. Observed 2 dead on the shelf with plates above the chest freezer. Observed 50 dead roaches under the cooking equipment and 4 dead on the legs of the large mixer. Observed 9 dead roaches in the reach-in freezer on the cook line. 2 dead roaches on the floor by the reach-in freezer next to, the back door. observed 20 dead roaches on the floor under the 3 compartment sink next to the hole in the wall. Observed 75 dead roaches on the floor by the walk-in cooler. **Repeat Violation**"
