SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. —A 26-year-old woman is accused of giving drugs and alcohol to an underage boy and having sex with him, according to the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office.
The boy’s mother reported the abuse to the Sheriff’s Office on April 28.
A witness who accompanied the victim's mother to the Sheriff’s Office corroborated the allegations about drugs and alcohol being given to the victim and the inappropriate contact between the boy and Sandy Elizabeth Ruiz.
The arrest warrant says Ruiz had intercourse with the boy between January 2013 and April 2013.
