That's a pretty cool concept.

Really neat concept. Slightly terrifying to drive under I'm sure, and it doesn't look large enough to pass over big vehicles which could be a problem for collisions (people still drive into low bridge all the time even with huge warning signs)... but really practical if they can work out those concerns! Definitely futuristic thinking that could be huge in cities where building new underground infrastructure is impractical.
