To date, Joey Prixx, 26, has undergone 100 cosmetic procedures, which adds up to around 150 hours of cosmetic surgery, and has spent $60,000 (£46,000), to get the ‘perfect’ face and bum.
He says cosmetic surgery has been ‘a huge part’ of his life for about the last five years.
He’s had two nose jobs and he’s had the sweat glands under his arms removed.
Every 1-3 months, he has his lips done and gets Botox injections in his face. Every 6-12 months, he gets cheekbone fillers.
The Creative & Aesthetic Body Piercing Artist from Boston literally uses his body as a canvas.
Undoubtedly, the most striking change comes from the silicon implants he had put in his bum earlier this year, increasing its size threefold.
‘I had 350cc silicone implants inserted through either sides of my bum crack, they’re the largest I could have without them being specially made due to my body size,’ he explains.
That’s a whole lot of junk in the trunk.

He calls it his ‘fake bubble butt’ and he loves it.

He works six days a week to afford his surgery and says his body is his ‘masterpiece’. ‘Life is so much more fun with butt implants,’ he adds. ‘I’ve wanted them for such a long time, I’ve worked really hard to get them and I couldn’t be happier.’
While he says his friends are very supportive, he admits ‘people don’t always understand why I have the procedures but I think now they just get that it’s just a part of who I am.
He does, however, advise others against rushing into butt surgery: ‘For anyone considering having them, make sure you’re 100% sure, I was in a lot of pain for a while but for me it was definitely worth it.’

He hopes one day to be able to increase the size of the bum implants but, for now, he’s delighted with them. ‘They feel like two huge water balloons it feels really cool sitting down now and I absolutely love it,’ he says.
‘I often have people asking to touch them too.’
