Police wondered what was cooking when they found a South Australian motorist allegedly using a metal fry pan as a steering wheel.
Officers discovered the modification in central Adelaide on Sunday morning when they spoke to the driver, whose car was also allegedly unregistered and uninsured.
A 32-year-old Adelaide man has been charged with a number of a traffic offences and refused bail ahead of a scheduled appearance in the Adelaide Magistrates' Court on Monday.
