A man has admitted to ripping out his girlfriend’s intestines with his bare hands after she called out her ex-husband’s name during sex.
Fidel Lopez, 24, cried hysterically down the phone to police as his girlfriend Maria Nemeth lay dying on the bathroom floor, September last year.
In a distressing 911 call, he said: ‘Hurry up, my girlfriend is in the bathroom.
‘Like, I don’t know man, she’s not breathing! She’s gonna die, man! Come on, someone help her!’
Lopez later admitted he flew into a drunken rage after Nemeth called out her ex-husband’s name twice during ‘rough sex’ at the couple’s Florida apartment, reports CBS Miami.
After trashing their home, he returned to Nemeth, who was lying unconscious on the floor, and mutilated her with various objects before using his bare hands to pull out her intestines.

The self-confessed ‘monster’ initially denied murdering his 31-year-old girlfriend.
But CBS4 News released police interrogation videos where one detective can be heard saying: ‘Fidel, this was not a case of rough sex.’
He originally told investigators the woman had asked him use a beer bottle on her during sex, before she rushed to the bathroom to be sick and had trouble breathing.
Eventually, Lopez admitted to the killing.
He is being held in the Broward County Jail without bond on charges of murder and sexual battery. Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty.
