Dubbed Britain’s most fattening sandwich, this whopping 8,000 calorie sarnie isn’t for the faint hearted.
The huge meal has four times the recommended number of calories for women, and over three times the amount of calories recommended for a man.
Based on Middlesbrough’s local cuisine – parmo – the £13.95 parmo kebab is made up of two huge parmos (breaded chicken covered in melted cheese, for the uninitiated) and is filled with kebab meat.
Diners have to sign a form to say they won’t sue in the event of a heart attack, and the restaurant promise to drive diners showing signs of possible heart failure to A&E.
For sale at the George Pub and Grill in Stockton, the meal has become a hit with the locals.
Bar manager Craig Harker told the Mail Online:
‘If anyone has a heart attack after eating the meal we’ll pay for a taxi to the hospital.

‘And if they do pop their clogs whilst eating it, we’ll chip in on the headstone.’
‘The dish has gone down very, very well.
‘Looks can be deceiving. For example, here the sandwich looks pretty normal – but it is packed with just so many carbs.
‘It only really takes 10 minutes to make – so we usually get them out pretty quick.’
