A Pennsylvania woman furious because she never won money playing the lottery allegedly threatened to kill state lottery officials.
Towanda A. Shields, 47, of Philadelphia was "completely obsessed with the lottery," police told PennLive.com.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Shields, who is charged with three counts of terroristic threats and 25 counts each of harassment and stalking.
Shields made the "very graphic and vulgar" threats by phone and by leaving voice mails between April and December 2016, the report said.
Shields gave specific dates in which lottery workers would be killed and told the employees she found their addresses online.
Pennsylvania lottery headquarters are in Lower Swatara Township, near Harrisburg. Threats were also made against outlets in Philadelphia which sell lottery tickets.
