Call it the path of least resistance.

Anti-Trump supporters were furious on social media with Lady Gaga for not being more overly political in her Super Bowl halftime set and not waging war with the President instead of belting out “Poker Face” and “Born This Way.”

The fact that the New York singer– real name Stefani Germanotta — who was an outspoken Hilary Clinton supporter during the recent election — didn’t rage against the President had social justice warriors … raging.

Rumors are swirling that the NFL had a word with the flamboyant performer to keep her act politics-free during a season that many football fans reckon has already been politicized enough.

Lady Gaga kept her political pronouncements to the bland bromide that we are “one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.” This despite the fact that her recent history as a prominent celebrity member of the “resistance” had raised hopes with liberals that she would sabotage the Super Bowl with a dramatic political intervention.

Personally I enjoyed the halftime show and I'm very glad she did what she was supposed to, entertain. So happy she didn't try and upstage the game and make it a political statement.

I love how all this crap is getting so much nationwide media attention, yet the only people that are complaining amount to about 10000 people at most. There's less than that actually out on the streets protesting, probably less than 2000. Our nationwide population is, as of 2014, 318.9 million people. Democrats and the media wants us to believe that "a majority" of people are out there protesting and vocally whining on social media, but in reality, the amount of people that are actually whining is like a drop in a 50 gallon bucket. Not very many at all.
