ALIEN hunters are celebrating amid claims they have found evidence of life on Mars.
Scott C Waring, editor of ufosightingsdaily.com, claims this object in a picture taken by the NASA Curiosity rover droid could be a living alien creature.
In a blog entitled "Crab Found On Mars Near NASA Rover In Newest Photos," he wrote: "I found this in the newest batch of Curiosity Rover photos from Mars today.
"In one of the rover photos there was a crab creature that was looking toward the rover.
"Its two long claws are extended out and raised above the surface.
"Crabs are known to be strong creatures that can survive in the harshest of environments.

"Such a creature was once seen near the Russian Mars probe that landed, took a few photos, then died. In it was a crab like creature on four to six long legs."
Mr Waring scours through images that are beamed back from the rover and placed online by NASA looking for signs of aliens.
It is not the first time he has found an alleged crab, and has also claimed to have seen a host of other animals on the Red Planet, including a giant mouse, baboons, and fossils.
NASA denies there are signs of any life as yet on Mars, even in the most simplistic forms, although after finding traces of eater, says this is a possibility.
Scientists say that Mr Waring's discoveries are the result of pareidolia and an over-active imagination.
Pareidolia is when the brain tricks the eyes into seeing familiar objects or shapes in textures or patterns.
